Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to date of arrival – Full refund less 10% administration fee.
Cancellation 15 – 30 days prior to date of arrival – Full refund less 50% administration fee.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival – No refund.

House Rules:

Being set in a nature reserve, we have high regard for our flora and fauna. Guests are asked to:

• Ensure that no rubbish or food is left outside, unattended as there are baboons in the area and these should be treated as wild animals and never fed
• No smoking
• Take care of any open flame and ensure that any braai/barbeque fire is completely extinguished before leaving it.
• No fishing opposite the cottage, as this is a Marine Reserve
• There are domesticated cats on the property, do not feed them
• No pets allowed.
